The CK16, a more compact version of our iconic CK20 Chef’s Knife. With the same bold design and balanced feel, this 16 cm blade offers greater agility and control, making it the perfect in-between tool alongside the CK20 and the smaller SK15.
Like all knives in our fully forged collection, the CK16 is drop forged from a single piece of solid stainless steel in Solingen, Germany — a town known globally for its knife-making excellence. The result is a high-performance blade that feels at home in both professional and everyday kitchens.
Taking inspiration from classic metal tools, the CK16 features Veark’s open handle design — a wrench-inspired shape that encourages a natural grip near the balancing point. It adds control, stability, and comfort, especially for chefs who prefer to pinch-grip the blade.
The drop forging process leaves each knife with a unique handle pattern — a subtle reminder of the craftsmanship behind every blade. Like all Veark knives, it’s fully symmetrical and 100% suitable for left- or right-handed use.
