A must-have for any kitchen, the PRK10 Paring Knife offers exceptional control for small, precise tasks — from peeling and trimming to delicate slicing. Compact yet powerful, it’s essentially a scaled-down chef’s knife designed for detail work.
Part of Veark’s fully forged collection, the PRK10 is drop forged from a single piece of stainless steel by skilled craftsmen in Solingen, Germany — the world’s knife-making capital. Inspired by the aesthetics of traditional metal tools, the design highlights the paring knife as a hardworking, essential kitchen tool.
The drop forging process leaves each handle with a distinct pattern, making every knife subtly unique — a tactile mark of its craftsmanship and origin.
Like all Veark forged knives, the PRK10 is fully symmetrical, making it 100% suitable for both left- and right-handed users.
